I have been with Baileys since I moved back to Santa Fe in 2016. I found their ad in a google search. Best search I have ever done. This company is absolutely the best! Matthew and Nathaniel did the work this year and of course they did a great job. Courteous, friendly and professional, they not only did a thorough cleaning job, but inspected everything and gave me a briefing with photos on my fireplace and my dryer vents. It has been a while since we had our Country Flame Zero Clearance professionally cleaned at our mountain home. I started to wake up at night wondering if the wood stove was safe. The last time it was professionally cleaned was by Justin Bailey in 2015. It had been cleaned many times since then, but not by someone who just does wood stoves. I called Baileys Chimney and made an appointment. Our service technician was Matthew Mirabel. He called me an hour before he was supposed to be here and asked if it was alright if he could come early to service the wood stove because he had finished early with his previous appointment. He showed up professional. He brought in the equipment. He took apart all the do dads that had to come apart to clean the chimney and the wood stove. He cleaned up after himself and then checked the dryer vent. He showed me all the pictures of before and after of what was done to clean the chimney and stove. I have peace of mind that I am not going to have a chimney fire and my wood stove is safe. I recommend Baileys Chimney Highly and without reservation whatsoever. It is just darn good insurance to have Baileys Chimney do the work.

The men who came were friendly and answered all of my questions. They took the time to check my fireplace and explained why I had been smelling the smoke from neighbors. I look forward to seeing the same men come to fix it.

We had our kiva fireplace and chimney inspected and cleaned by Mateo. He was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. After he finished the inspection and cleaning he reviewed his findings with us (including excellent photos) and provided detailed and thorough answers to all of our questions. Our chimney cleaner showed up right on time. He put down cloth barriers so as not to track in mud or snow and also catch soot or ashes. He was friendly and answered questions about our stove and problems we have. Bailey’s is great.

Mateo actually showed up early and was very efficient in getting the job done. After inspection it turned out the chimney didn’t need cleaning but he still passed on images of the chimney flue. It was first rate service.

I have been using Bailey’s chimney cleaning service since 2008. They are wonderful. The technicians arrive on time, are very polite, do their job both inside and on the roof, and provide a video of the chimneys from top to bottom. They clean up after they are done, pet the poodle who watches what they are doing, and I mark our calendar to have them come back in -2 months. They will also check dryer vents. Call them and rest assured that your chimney’s are clean and safe for another year.

Bailey's chimney did a fabulous job checking my wood stove and cleaning the stove pipe. I was worried about the house getting dirty and you would never know that they were even there. They were clean, professional and very timely. Highly recommend!!!

Bailey's Chimney cleaned my dryer vent, which probably hadn't been cleaned for around 8 years! They arrived on their scheduled time, were quick and efficient in their work, and were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend them.

Gabe and Nick did a great job. Very professional, called/texted on their way, showed up on time, were quick but thorough (we have a double and single fireplaces). They also took pictures inside and out, before and after, and provided me with a detailed explanatory bill and estimate for repairs, if we so chose. They also clean dryer vents (fire starters!).

The two technicians that came to my house were on time, super friendly, and very professional. They gave me photographs of their work before and after, and I was very impressed. This is the first time they’ve come to my house, and I just called Bailey’s to schedule this service annually. I highly recommend them. They are a bit more pricey than other places but the care and attention is worth it.
